I am Lee Zaruba; husband, father, and curious in most senses of the word.
Currently I am employed as an IT support, services and offerings manager at IBM.
During the last decade I have worked to strategize, model, design, and deploy various support and managed service teams within IBM and its recently acquired subsidiaries. At last count this work spanned over 60 products in 9 different portfolios. Our customers have ranged from Small-business to Enterprise to Federal Government Agencies.
I've been fortunate to serve across a wide spectrum of platforms. My work has spanned Cloud, Hosted and On-premise offerings involving hardware, software and appliance solutions.
